All classes and sessions require an appointment and must be paid in advance or at time of service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Because of the demand for private sessions, we adhere to a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Any session canceled without a full 24-hour notice will be charged full price. If you are less than 15 minutes late for a session, you will be charged for the entire session and granted the remaining time for your reservation.
All clients must sign up online for classes. Classes must have at least two clients per session. If only one person is signed up, the class will be canceled. Clients can cancel their reservation up to 4 hours prior to the class. Clients who fail to cancel within the 4 hours will be charged for the class. Classes will be canceled two hours prior to the class if only one person is signed up. There is a $15 charge for late cancel or no shows with our Unlimited Class Package.
