Private and semi-private Pilates sessions

Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels and body types. Ideally, private sessions are recommended for those new to Pilates so that an instructor can develop a workout tailored to the client's needs and give true individual attention. For quality purposes, training sessions for men and women are available in private, duets, trios and quad sessions.


How you can benefit from a private session:

If you are new to Pilates, private sessions are the best way to get started. A first appointment with a certified instructor will determine the fitness and flexibility levels and identify any physical limitations or injuries you may have. With over 500 Pilates exercises to choose from, your instructor can design a program specifically for you. As a studio, we offer an Introductory Package which includes 3 private sessions.

If you've been in classes for a while, a private session is a great way to make sure you're getting the most out of your classes. A private session, which focuses on your own movement patterns, will help you tune-up your form. Private sessions are also a good way to enhance specific sports as well. Want to improve your golf game? Consider a private session.

All sessions require an appointment and must be paid in advance or at time of service. Because of the demand for private sessions, we adhere to a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Any session canceled without a full 24-hour notice will be charged full price. If you are less than 15 minutes late for a session, you will be charged for the entire session and granted the remaining time for your reservation.
