At Willow, our core fitness classes are small enough so you will still get the individual attention necessary to help you progress and improve your fitness level. Each instructor is highly qualified and trained to pay attention to each individual.  Class maximum is 5-12, allowing the instructor to offer each client personal attention.

Willow offers core fitness classes in Pilates, Core Fit, TRX Core, Barre, and Props, and all of our fitness classes reflect the fundamentals of Pilates to safely strengthen the core and lengthen muscles.
