INSTRUCTION BY APPOINTMENT

In addition to private instruction in pilates, and Power Plate, Willow instructors are available for duet, trio and quad instruction by appointment.
Email us today  or call us at 615.297.7117 to schedule your appointment.  If you call and leave a voice mail to sign up for class, you are signed up.  We will only call you back if the class is canceled or full. 



Reminder:  Our Advanced Mat Classes on Monday and Friday are for advanced clients only.  Clients must know the order of the exercises, be able to perform all advanced exercises, must move quickly through the exercises, and they must be pre-approved by the instructor.  We require a minimum of 6 months of mat classes at Willow prior to attending an advanced class.

Our group classes take place on the second floor of our studio.  For safety reasons, if no one is on the first floor of Willow, the front door will be locked.  If you will be late to a class, please call before the scheduled start time, so the class instructor will know that you are coming.  Because our classes have a set flow and time frame, it is difficult to pause to let late people in, so PLEASE do your best to be on time to all night and Saturday classes.

Classes require payment in full prior to the class or at time of service . Please call ahead to reserve a space or email us.  If space is available in a class, drop ins are always welcome.  Membership is not required for any sessions or classes.  Membership allows clients to purchase package deals and offers lower prices for classes and sessions.





GROUP CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

All pilates classes are 50 minutes to an hour unless otherwise noted.

beginner pilates mat

Further develops and accelerates the techniques presented in intro mat with the basic wall unit exercises (leg springs and arm springs).

beginner/intermediate pilates mat

Further development of basic wall unit exercises. should be working into the intermediate level of mat, being able to do teaser & series of 5 without stopping.

intermediate pilates mat

A continuation of intermediate level with an accelerated pace approval is required to attend this level.

advanced pilates mat

A highly challenging & fast paced power mat class with many variations involved. Attendance by teacher approval only.

reformer/jump classes
Start with a warm up on the Reformer, then move through several "circuits" of jumping series while mixing in arm series, ab series, hip work and spinal articulation. You'll get your heart rate up a bit while playing with some fun variations on the standard exercises.  
Open level.

Xtend barre classes

The most effective barre workout and the most efficient way to create a strong and healthy body at any age.  The end result?  A long and lean physique...without added bulk.  55 minutes to gorgeous...
(For this class, non-slip socks are required.  Please bring your own or we sell them at the front desk.  Pregnant women should wear a heart rate monitor. )
